Merchandise may be returned for store credit only within 14 days from the date of purchase in its original condition and accompanied by a sales receipt. Home fragrances, beauty products and any discounted items are final sale.

Many of our pieces are hand-crafted from natural materials, occasionally resulting in irregular distresses, color fluctuations, and texture variations. These conventional characteristics are what makes each piece special and unique, and are not considered a manufacturer defect.  

In the event of damage that occurs in the shipping of an order, it is the customer’s responsibility to report the damage, along with images of the piece(s). If not reported within 7 days of delivery, the defects will be considered acceptable and will not be accepted for return.

It is at Tighemi’s discretion to deny a return if it does not comply by these guidelines.

Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defect or transit damage. Customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred in the return of an item.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
